The post marks the official launch of marcosticks.org, an organization dedicated to bringing our vision of utensil equality to fruition. Monetary gains are not at all a goal. This website will not house ads. All content on this site can be freely shared with attribution, as noted on the footer. All models to be posted on this site in the future can be used without royalty or licensing fees. Just attribute these uses to Marcosticks. That is all that is required.

At the time of this writing, the site houses one knowledge article and one FAQ. The mission statement has been written. There is barely anything else of use. But that is changing.

The structure of the site is now complete. New announcements will automatically show up under What’s New. Knowledge articles and FAQs will show up on the Learning Center. The site is connected to various social media already. What’s New will be linked to our Twitter page at @marco_sticks. Pictures will be posted to our Instagram account. Videos will be housed on our YouTube channel. And discussions can take place on our subreddit, r/marcosticks, at Reddit.

Interesting articles will shortly be posted, analyzing and classifying various chopstick-holding grips observed in real life. Most grips work. Some are hilarious to watch. But only one type of grip consistently delivers good results at dining tables around the world. These will be accompanied by videos and pictures. Then, more resources will be rolled out, including introspections on why one cannot ask for chopsticks at non-Asian restaurants.

Then, the revolution will begin.
